Perteet — A Good Place to Work and Grow

An employee-owned company, Perteet is located in Everett, Wash., a city 25 miles north of Seattle and nestled between the Puget Sound and Snohomish River. Recreational opportunities (including sailing, fishing, skiing and hiking) are complemented by good schools and a major research university in the region. Over the past 18 years, Perteet has established a reputation for quality client service and has built long-term relationships with several local government agencies. Our culture is open to creative thinking, and our continued growth offers many opportunities for career progression.

Interesting project work opportunities: Washington state recently funded many projects, including freeway and interchange studies. The state growth management act requires more than 100 local governments to update their comprehensive transportation plans every 10 years. Perteet also is home to a thriving transit planning division with national clients to assist with multi-modal study projects.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits include medical, HRA, dental, FSA, Long Term Disability, 8-1/2 paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation, 401(K), ESOP, and quarterly bonus pool.
