Granite Falls Alternate Route Design Report—Snohomish County

Perteet prepared the Design Report for the proposed two-mile Granite Falls Alternate Route (GFAR). The report area is located north of the downtown business district between SR 92 and Mountain Loop Highway. Perteet completed the environmental assessment, preliminary cost estimates, preliminary stormwater facility sizing and siting report, participation in project coordination meetings, utility coordination; and coordination with the County on survey, geotechnical, ROW requirements and environmental documentation. The preferred alternative included two roundabouts to handle heavy truck traffic. One of the roundabouts is located on a state-owned facility.
