| Illinois State University conducted an update to its campus master plan. A major feature of that plan included a campus parking study, which proposed the development of satellite parking facilities for students and the reduction in parking near the center of campus. Perteet Inc. was retained to study improved transit alternatives for students, faculty and staff. These improvements would support the reduction in on-campus parking and increase the mobility of students and staff throughout the campus.
