Is Perteet right for you?  Ask yourself and you decide.

Q: What does being 100% employee-owned mean day-to-day?

We think it makes a difference in how people work every day. The result of knowing that the success of the firm benefits every employee means we are all looking for ways to be efficient, serve our clients well, and work hard. It also means we know the importance of vacation and family time so when we are here, we can give Perteet our very best. Read more about ESOPs here.

Q: What kind of projects will I work on?

Perteet has been involved with the region's most critical infrastructure projects like the Elliott Bay Seawall, and Sound Transit's Link Light Rail projects. Our downtown improvement projects are changing the way people use and enjoy the heart of downtown areas. Whatever the project, you will have a chance to be part of making our communities safer and better.

Q: What does community oriented mean?

Perteet supports a wide variety of service and non-profit organizations. More than that, we support our employees giving back as well. Whether it is taking the afternoon to participate in United Way's Day of Caring, or taking three months to assist Engineers Without Borders, you will be encouraged and supported to answer your community calling.
