Construction Management

Actively managing risk

Delivery of a final design during the construction phase can be a complex matrix of responsibilities. Construction contract administration and documentation require a team that can manage the inherent risk of construction.

Perteet’s CM personnel work to serve our clients’ interests beginning early in the design process by providing comprehensive constructability reviews to detect risk, identify cost-saving opportunities, and clarify plans and specifications. During the construction phase, we actively manage risk and budget while documenting the contractor’s compliance with the contract. Finally, we close out our projects and prepare the final documentation package, so our client has transparent access. The result is the delivery of a capital project that will have the lifecycle it is intended with a documentation package that will pass any outside audit.
