
Perteet welcomes Paul Riemann, PE, as their new infrastructure director. Based out of Perteet’s Seattle office, Paul will lead Perteet’s ferry, port, and transit markets. Paul has over 32 years of experience supporting public sector clients, including spending the last seven years working for Sound Transit.
The City of Seattle has been awarded the American Public Works Association National Project of the Year Award for for Transportation ($25M to $50M) for the Fairview Avenue Bridge. Perteet's project manager, Kurt Ahrensfeld (right), led the team of 12 firms selected by the City of Seattle to design and construct the project.
The community has fallen in love with the concept of having a street that is walkable. Until they actually experienced it, they didn’t know how in love with it they were.
